IEEE《智能工厂辅助仓库通用技术要求标准》正式立项

随着工业4.0的深入发展，智能工厂已成为全球制造企业发展的重要趋势，而厂内辅助仓库作为工厂运作流程中的重要一环，也将随着工厂的智能化改造发生改变，但当前国际上对于智能工厂辅助仓库的通用技术规范仍存在较大空白。为填补这一空白，日日顺供应链科技股份有限公司联合天津大学、海尔衣联网（天津）智慧生态研究院等单位于IEEE计算机协会智能制造标准委员会（IEEE/C/SM SC）发起《智能工厂辅助仓库通用技术要求标准》（Standard for General Technical Requirement of Auxiliary Warehouse in Smart Factory）立项申请，该标准的项目授权请求（PAR）文件（Project Number: P3145）已于2022年2月23日正式获得IEEE标准协会标准委员会（IEEE SASB）批准通过。

本标准定义了智能工厂辅助仓库的一般技术要求，包括设施、设备、系统、安全和故障处理的技术要求，以及空间布局和智能算法要求。

本标准的建设将有力地支持智能工厂中辅助仓库的标准化设计和建造，促进从人工仓库运作到智能仓库运作的转变，提升智能工厂的生产运营效率，提高国际智能制造标准的联动性，为智能制造产业健康有序发展起到指导、规范、引领和保障作用。

IEEEStandard for General Technical Requirement of Auxiliary Warehouse in Smart Factory wasEstablished

With the development of Industry 4.0, smart factories have become an important trend in the development of global manufacturing. As an important link in the factory operation process,auxiliarywarehouses will change with the intelligent transformation of factories. However, there is still a big gap in the international standard ofgeneraltechnicalrequirement ofauxiliarywarehouses insmartfactories. In order to fill this gap, RRS Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. cooperated with Tianjin University,Haier Internet of clothing (Tianjin) Intelligent Ecological Research Institute and other units initiated the project application ofstandard for general technical requirement of auxiliary warehouse in smart factory at IEEE / C / SM SC.The project authorization request (PAR) of this standard (Project Number: P3145) has been approved by IEEE Standards Association Standards Committee on February23, 2022.

This standard defines general technical requirements of auxiliary warehouses in smart factories, including technical requirements for facility, equipment, system, safety, and fault handling, as well as space layout and intelligent algorithm requirements.

The construction of this standard will effectively support the standardized design and construction of auxiliary warehouses insmart factories,andpromote the transformation from manual warehouse operation tosmart warehouse operation. And therebyimprove the production and operation efficiency ofsmart factories, improve the linkage of internationalsmart manufacturing standards, and play a guiding, normative, leading and guarantee role for the healthy and orderly development of smart manufacturing industry.
