I. Farewell Party

    Time: September 13th at 7:30pm

    Location: Qingdao University Gymnasium

    II. Entrance Accreditation

    1. Media attending the Farewell Party for interviews must take the entrance tickets with them. The entrance tickets cannot be used repeatedly.

    2. Entrance tickets can be obtained from 9:00 am—4:00 pm on September 13th at the Media Reception Desk in the Media Workroom at the Venue Media Centre. They are available on a first come first serve basis.

    III. Media Area Notice

    1. Media should be seated in the media area according to the seat numbers on the tickets. Entering into the first floor area is not permitted.

    2. Photographers should take photos in the media area without blocking the view of spectators and video cameras transmitting the performance live.

    Ⅳ Media Transportation Service

    The media shuttle bus will be provided for the convenience of the media from the venue to the Qingdao University Gymnasium

    Departure time: 6:25pm

    Departing from: Entrance of the Venue Media Centre of the Olympic Sailing Centre.

    After the farewell party, the shuttle bus will go to the celebration cocktail party at the Athlete Village and the venue media center.

    Ⅴ. Provision of Photos

    The Organizing Committee will allow official photographers to go to the front area to take photos. The Olympic Sailing Committee Official Website will open a farewell party photo file for the media to download for free beginning from September 13th at 9:00 pm until September 14th at 6:00..
