    40 positions are provided in the photo area which lies in the south of the awarding platform.

    4. Reservation and Confirmation for the Camera Positions:

    Reserve the camera positions before 12:00 P.M., Sep. 12.

    Media can complete the reservation by 1) faxing or e-mailing the completed Reservation Form to the Media Workroom reception desk, which can be downloaded on , or 2) reserving it at the reception desk directly.

    Make sure to confirm your reservation at the reception desk before 12:00 P.M. on the Medal Presentation day, register with your accreditation card, and receive the confirming stickers for successful reservation.

    5. Notice:

    No media is allowed to enter the platform after the Medal Presentation has opened, and the pathway will be closed after the Presentation begins.

    The camera positions are distributed on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.

    The entry of the camera area will be closed after the Presentation begins.

    Media should wait for the VIPs to leave the Presentation before leaving the area.
