he trains and the airplanes you can go all over the country, so location is very good. location, location and location. and the structure is very outstanding and quality of facility is there i think it is very successful for the project and we are looking forward to extending it to other parts of china. so other people can move from one service department to another and thank you we are looking forward to welcoming you when it opens soon.

卜格先生：我们相信这是一个不错的地角，这儿正对着青岛火车站，将来人们会乘坐火车、飞机通往全国各地，所以说这是个好地角。建筑外观也很醒目，设施质量也可以保证，我认为这个项目肯定会成功。我们希望将来在中国的其他地方也能建起类似的酒店式公寓，这样人们可以很方便的从一处酒店式公寓到达另一处。非常感谢你们的采访，不久以后，酒店式公寓就会开放到时欢迎你们的光临。

卜格先生简介：

卜格，德国人，被认为是“中国现代酒店业创始人”之一。1981年出任广州中国大酒店总经理，1987年加盟凯宾斯基饭店集团，任远东区首席代表兼北京燕莎中心总经理。现为岭南国际集团属下的岭南花园酒店管理有限公司CEO。作为中国第一位外籍五星级酒店总经理，1986年被广州市政府授予“广州市荣誉市民”称号。
