The same for people who are retired and come to Qingdao to spend three months or four months or six months it's much more convinient to stay here than to stay in hotel. so This is trend which is in America, which is in Asia, which is in China. it is worldwide trend. it is very important to understand that and to see the convinience. it is very convinient to have your own home and you feel comfortable and you have people who take care of you and look after you and provide services for you and things like that you can prepare your own food and have your own drinks which is also more convinient and you can get quantities you want to eat or what speciaties you want to eat and also for the drinks you know you can buy in the shop centre.
