　　 As the first international rubber dealing market in China, Qingdao Rubber International Market, located at Qingdao free trade zone, can attract several billion Yuan of funds into the market. As a result, the indexes in the Qingdao market have become the major references for rubber imports in China.

　　As one of the most import parts of modern service industry, financial industry should be in the forefront. Based on the scientific development outlook, Qingdao has laid more emphasis on the following three aspects of the number of financial institutions, the capital scales and the innovation mechanism. In the recent 2 years, the Standard Chartered Bank and among other top 500 world-famous financial institutions have settled in Qingdao in succession. Up to the present, there have been 15 foreign financial institutions in Qingdao. They have consolidated Qingdao's dominant position in finance in Shandong province.
