| The national foreign trade
taxation working conference was held in Qingdao early last week. The main issue
of the meeting was to fully implement the guidelines made by the central
government on the reform of the export tax refund and to make sure the smooth
operation of th
e reform of the tax refund system.
The reform on the existing export tax refund system will
play an important role in deepening the form on the foreign trade system, and
the development of the foreign trade and the overall economy. The meeting
required that all the departments concerned should carefully understand the
guidelines made by the central government and guarantee the smooth
implementation of the reform on the export tax refund system. Efforts will be
stressed on the approval of tax refund and the related procedures.
