The Service Hotlines Office for foreign investors of the Municipal Bureau for Foreign Trade and Economy was established recently. The office will provide consultation and accept and handle with complaints from the foreign investors in Qingdao.

　　The office has 3 hotlines in Eng lish, Japanese and Korean. The people on duty will handle right away the complaints or provide consultation to the callers. Those they can't handle with will be submitted to the mayors. (top86)
