Qingdao is the host city for the 29th Olympic Sailing Regatta. The government raised suggestions from all walks of life by issuing the Olympic Planning this June 20th. Some citizens attended a seminar at the sailing commission recently to offer their suggestions to the government.

　　The 12 participants came from all walks of life including retired workers and civil servants. They have carefully read the planning and gave their suggestions on how to make opportunities for the city and how to accelerate the urban construction.

　　The attendees also gave suggestions on the Olympic facilities and the coordinating facilities' construction projects. People from the sailing commission said some of the suggestions would be adopted and be added to the planning. (top86)
