The city fishing safety production management conference was held early last week. Vice mayor Ning Jingmou made the requirement that the safety production responsibility system should be fully implemented in order to ensure the fishing safety production work.

Governments at all levels should pay close attention to the safety production work and carefully find out all the hidden trouble in the production process. The danger prevention measures should be strengthened and the safety production training should be implemented. Statistics show that since the beginning of this year, there have been 10 accidents in fishing production with 6 fishermen dead and missing as well as the direct economic loss of 1 million RMB.
