Under the approvement of the city standing committee of the people's congress, Qingdao Labor Dispute Adjudication Regulation takes effect from September 1st. The regulation is the 1st regional regulation adjudicating the disputes in labor affairs both in Qingdao and Shandong Province. It has many breakthroughs in the responsibility system, the property assurance system and the proof assurance system.
