An international fashion dress show is scheduled to be held in Qingdao, a port city in East China's Shandong Province from Sept. 1 to 5, 2006, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles announced on Thursday.

　　The show is sponsored by this chamber of commerc e, China Fashion Association (CFA), and Qingdao city government and Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission.

　　An international apparel trade fair will also be held simultaneously, according to the organizer.

　　The CFA is a national organization composed of designers, academicians, technique experts, brand experts, columnists and fashion models in garments and fashion industry.
