According to the local land and resources and housing management department, Qingdao's commercial housing price will be reduced this year to ensure a lower housing price this year.

　　Compared with last year's 20% reduction, this year's is sch eduled to be one percent lower, at 21%.

　　There have been 12 new commercial housing projects scattering in all four urban districts with the total construction area amounting to 900,000 square meters. It will provide approximately 10,000 households.
