| More preferential policies and
better environment become a stimulus to the development of the local private
economy ¡¡¡¡¡¡
¡¡¡¡According to Qingdao Development and Reform Commission, in order to further
optimize policies and institutional
environment concerning the development of
local private economy, the city will focus on start-up, expansion of investment
fields, participation in reform of state-owned enterprises to back up the
development of private economy so as to facilitate the formation of the
long-term effective mechanism regarding private economy and ensure that private
economy accounts for 52 percent of overall economic gross in the city by the end
of 2010.
