Mayor Xia urges to give the highest priority to the people's livelihood

　　In recent days, Xia Geng, Mayor and Vice Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal CPC Committee went to Shinan District, Shibei District, Sifang D istrict and Licang District to have investigation on reconstruction of old buildings, the socialization of supporting the old and residential heating in winter.

　　During the investigation, Mayor Xia vowed that the implementation of spirits of the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China should start with solving issues vital to people's basic interests and giving the highest priority to the people's livelihood with aim to sharing benefits with the ordinary people and facilitating the process of socialist harmonious society.
