Touching Qingdao top 10 persons announced

2004 Touching Qingdao top 10 persons award ceremony was held recently in 800 square meters Performance Hall of the Qingdao television station. Touching Qingdao top 10 persons were announced during that ceremony.

And moreover, an anonymous citizen called "weichen", which means "tiny dust", who has always been active in public welfare, was awarded the Touching Qingdao special award.

During the competition, all units and citizens participated actively and more than one hundred outstanding persons from all walks of life, were recommended. The municipal civilization office selected twenty nominees and in the end the citizens chose Touching Qingdao top 10 persons by voting.
