The planned International Tourist
Resort Hotel is located in the Qingdao Fushan Bay Olympic Park, beside the
Olympic Square. The designed construction is formed to the 10,000 tons
international cruise wharf a
nd connected to the international conference center
through the circular corridor. The project consists of main body, ship waiting
room, parking lot and other supporting facilities, it occupies an area of one
hectare ( part is constructed on the sea ), total construction area is 15,000
square meters, as a supporting hotel to the 10,000 tons international cruise
wharf , it will meet the requirement of aquatic sportive center, international
yacht club and reception of tourists

property management company, a hotel and a gas station, with registered capital
of USD21.8 million and total assets of USD80 million. It has 50 administrative
staff, 80% of which hold medium or senior technical titles.
