The numbers of the Little Smart cell phones started to be provided to subscribers on March 10th, which indicates that Qingdao Communication Company has formally entered into the local mobile communication market. The cost of using a Little Smart phone is the same as that of a lined phone by one-way charge. The monthly rent is 24 Yuan. The cost of a local call is 0.22 Yuan for the first 3 minutes and 0.11 Yuan each minute for the following time. The costs for a domestic direct call and an international direct call are also the same as those of the lined phones. The first phase of the Little Smart network capacity is 500,000 subscribers, with coverage of the overall area of the city.
