Pro-1980s makers, 6 practical new invention patents, 4 software copyrights, 1 invention patent in process…all labels are for Jin Peng, a maker in Pingdu of Qingdao just has vocational school degree. Smart grinding robot invented by a 8-member team led by Jin has recently been put into use.

    “It is much faster to grind by robot than by hand, a robot equals to 3 capable men,” Jin said, robot never rests; the grinded product is precise with minimum error, and qualified rate is high. Jin now has set up a company with his team members, aiming to become a hi-tech company for auto device R&D and industrial robot for non-standardized parts.

    Besides robots for grinding, Jin and his team also develop over 10 inventions such as robots for punching and moving, and smart parts lining machine. Meanwhile, Jin and his team also actively developed the international market. Auto assemblage developed by them is not only applied in the production of line products of Datong system, but also exported to Portland factories of BMW and Audi to produce auto parts for them.
