A man in Qingdao, Shandong Province, put out an apology for his wife through a huge outdoor display screen.

       The husband, surnamed Zheng, asked for forgiveness over a misunderstanding in a letter put on the screen - and it worked.

       He paid 200 yuan ($27) to the media company behind the screen for the 20-minute stunt.
