Headed by the major general Parry, of the DCDC under the British Navy and Commander Cox, of the British missile destroyer, the British fleet paid a five-day friendly visit to Qingdao.

       This has been the British navy's fourth time in Qingdao. During their stay, officers from both parties will visit each other's ships and carry out a search and rescue rehearsal. The British senior officers and military attaches stationed in China will also be invited to tourist resorts and well-known local enterprises.
