Qingdao's oil refining industry attracted the first recycling project

　　The Sinopec, Qingdao oil refining co., ltd and the Qingdao Siyuan Chemical co., ltd recently held an agreement-signing ceremony in Qingdao's d eveloping zone. According to the agreement, the two parties will invest and build chemical production bases for ethyl ketone and prime city naphtha etc. in the developing zone. The raw material is the byproduct from the Sinpec, Qingdao Oil Refining Company. As the first recycling project in Qingdao's oil refining industry and with the total investment of 500 million Yuan, it is scheduled to start up in March 2007 and be put into work in 2008.
