Last evening, Xia Geng, Mayor and Vice Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal CPC Committee met with Russian Perm City delegation headed by Mayor of Perm Ci ty at Shangri-la Hotel, and the two Mayors signed the friendly partnership agreement on behalf of respective cities.
