(Qingdao Aug 19) On Aug 18, "Good Luck Beijing--2006 Qingdao International Regatta" starts. Vice Secretary of SSCQD Yuan Zhiping praised the measurement and register work on the first day. He was satisfied with the preparation work for 2006 Qingdao Inte rnaional Regatta.
