(Qingdao Aug 11) On Aug 10th, Chairman of SSCQD, Mayor Xia Geng met the press team from Huawen Mainstream Media at the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. It consists of over 40 journalists from more than 20 countries.

Xia Geng welcomed their coming and answered their quest ions. He said that during the period of preparing 2008 Olymipic Games, Qingdao followed Beijing all the time. As the first test event of 2008 Olympic Games, Qingdao was trying its best to prepare the 2006 Qingdao International Regatta. It is the honor of Qingdao to undertake the sailing competition.
