QINGDAO, June 22  -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao began animportant speech at the opening of the third foreign ministers' meeting of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Tuesday in the eastChina coastal city of Qingdao.

　　Foreign ministers or their representatives from the 22 m ember states of ACD attended the meeting, presided over by Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing.
